Integrated and automated approaches for IoT Cybersecurity and Privacy compliance Symposium and Showcase
9 April 2024
In-person event in Stockholm, Sweden hosted by RISE – Research InstituteS of Sweden
The ARCADIAN-IoT & SENTINEL Symposium and Showcase event, scheduled for the 9th of April 2024, is a comprehensive in-person event dedicated to demonstrate the innovation capacities of the ARCADIAN-IoT and SENTINEL projects towards integrated and automated IoT Cybersecurity and Personal Data Protection.
In its IoT cybersecurity stream, the event will emphasise the holistic cybersecurity challenges and advancements in IoT while addressing identity, trust, security, privacy, and recovery aspects. Notable presentations will include an overview of the EU IoT security landscape, key innovations from ARCADIAN-IoT and their demonstration across various IoT application domains including drones for private safety, smart grids, and medical IoT.
In the Privacy compliance stream, the symposium will shed light on how to bridge the gap in personal data protection and cybersecurity for SMEs. The stream will include discussions on the EU data protection landscape, key organisational and technical measures towards GDPR compliance, as well as life demonstration on SENTINEL’s one-stop-shop platform developed to increase SMEs’ security in the cyberspace and protect their data and digital assets.
